In-Home ABA Therapy
Therapy that happens where life happens

The short version: a Registered Behavior Technician works one-to-one with your child in your home, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Because the skills are taught in the place they’re actually used, there’s far less distance to travel between “learned it in session” and “does it at home.”
What It Includes
Every in-home program covers
- One-on-one sessions with a dedicated ABA therapist (RBT) under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Therapy that's naturally embedded in daily activities like mealtime, play, and hygiene routines.
- The clinician and the parent/caregiver are both present, so parents can observe all therapy and play an active role in implementing programs.
- Parent and caregiver training to support progress outside of sessions.
- Customized treatment plans based on your child's specific needs and home dynamics.
- Flexible scheduling that works around your family's routine.

Benefits of in-home therapy

Natural Environment Teaching
The routines we build skills inside
Mealtimes
Requesting foods, tolerating new textures, staying at the table, using utensils independently.
Getting ready
Dressing, brushing teeth, toileting routines, and the transitions between them.
Play & downtime
Turn-taking with siblings, tolerating a game ending, filling unstructured time safely.
Out in the community
Waiting, staying close, coping with noise and crowds, and handling changes of plan.
Parent Involvement
You’re in the room, not in the waiting area
The clinician is present as well as the parent or caregiver, allowing parents to observe all therapy and play an active role in implementing programs — making a positive difference in their child’s life.
Parent and caregiver training runs alongside every program, so the strategies keep working on the days we aren’t there.

Is It Right For Your Child?
In-home may be the better fit if your child…
- Are most comfortable and regulated in familiar surroundings.
- Have goals tied to home routines — mealtimes, bedtime, hygiene, siblings.
- Have caregivers who want to be coached hands-on during sessions.
- Need scheduling that flexes around school, siblings, or medical appointments.
Not sure? Many families do best with a hybrid of both settings. Ask us which combination supports your child’s goals — we’ll give you a straight answer.
