Careers

Work somewhere the standards are the point

Inspire Center for Autism is a family-owned, DHS-certified ABA provider in Mesa. We're 13 people who'd rather do this properly than do it at scale.

Our Team

The roles that make up an Inspire program

Every child's program is built by a BCBA and delivered by RBTs. Both roles matter, and both are held to the same standard.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

RBTs deliver one-to-one therapy session by session, working directly with children under the supervision of our BCBAs. Every RBT on our team is properly registered and trained — we treat the credential as non-negotiable.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Our BCBAs are licensed in Arizona and design and oversee every treatment plan, running assessments, supervising sessions, updating programs from session data, and coaching families.

Openings change as our enrollment grows. If one of these is you, get in touch — we’ll tell you straight what’s available.

Why Inspire

What it's like to work here

Small business, not a franchise

The people making decisions about care are the same people you'll see at pickup. Staying small keeps us personal and invested in every family we serve — and in every person on the team.

Real clinical supervision

Ongoing BCBA supervision is built into how we work, not squeezed in around a caseload. Observation, plan updates, and collaboration with schools and other providers are part of the job.

Weekday hours

We operate mon – fri 8:30 am – 5:30 pm · sat – sun closed. Drop-off, pick-up and scheduling hours run Monday through Friday.

Standards we don't bend on

We're a DHS-certified facility. Every team member passes a thorough background check and is fingerprint cleared before working with a family.

What we look for

  • Genuine care for children and the families around them.
  • Willingness to be coached — and to coach parents in turn.
  • Comfort with data: we measure every session and adjust from it.
  • Respect for assent-based, dignity-centered practice.
