What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicaid options where applicable. Our team can help verify your benefits and guide you through the approval process.
Do you accept AHCCCS or Arizona Medicaid plans?
Yes. We work with AHCCCS as well as Arizona Medicaid managed-care plans including Mercy Care, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and Arizona Complete Health.
How do I find out if I'm in-network?
Contact us with your carrier, plan name, and member ID. Our team runs benefit verification directly with your insurer and explains exactly what your plan covers before therapy begins.
Does insurance require an autism diagnosis first?
Most insurers require a formal autism diagnosis from a licensed pediatrician, psychologist, or developmental specialist before authorising ABA therapy. If your child hasn't been evaluated, our parent resources list diagnostic options across the Phoenix area.
What if my plan doesn't cover ABA therapy?
Our team discusses private-pay options with families whose plans don't cover ABA or whose coverage is limited, so you understand your financial options before therapy begins.
